Slow, supported movement designed for the weeks after heart surgery – much of it from a chair or bed, always within your care team’s guidance. Move only as far as feels good.

Laurent Roure
Somatic yoga & breathwork
Laurent teaches a somatic, intuitive style of yoga that invites students to receive each pose rather than "do" it, listening to the body and letting breath and gravity guide the movement. Drawing on decades of experience across yoga traditions, with a strong Scaravelli influence and ongoing study in Feldenkrais and mind-body centring, his grounded, non-dogmatic classes are therapeutic and supportive, suited to all levels, ages, and abilities. His aim is to help students build a clear, supportive relationship with their body and breath that carries into daily life.
